CONTEST DESCRIPTION & RULES

1. The WIN A SPA SERVICE contest (the "Contest") is offered at Jeanet Spa & Salon (the "Spa") once a month, starting on the first day of the current Contest month, at 9 a.m., and ending on the last day of the current Contest month, at 6 p.m. A monthly random draw will take place at the Spa after 6 p.m., on the last day of the current Contest month.
2. There is one (1) prize (the "Prize") to be won per month. The Prize consists of one (1) free spa service at the Spa. The Spa will post on its website (jeanetspa.com) the spa service Prize for the current Contest month.
3. One (1) entry will be randomly picked from all eligible entries received during the current Contest month. Odds of winning a Prize is dependent on the number of entries received during the current Contest month. The Spa will contact the winner by email or phone after the draw. In the event that the winner cannot be contacted within three (3) business days after the draw, an alternate winner will be picked from the remaining entries received during the current Contest month.
4. The Spa is not responsible or liable for entries that are lost or misdirected.
5. Only one (1) entry allowed per person. All duplicate entries will be disqualified.
6. Contest participants must be legal residents of Ontario and 18 years of age or older.
7. No purchase is necessary.
8. The Contest is not open to individuals associated with the Contest, including the employees, agents or representatives of the Spa and the Contest (including their respective divisions, subsidiaries, affiliates and advertising agencies) and suppliers providing materials or services in connection with the Contest (collectively called "Excluded Individuals"). The Contest is not open to the immediate family members of the Excluded Individuals and all other persons with whom the Excluded Individuals reside. The Contest is not open to all previous winners of the Contest who have won a Prize within the period of twelve (12) months immediately preceding the current Contest month.

HOW TO ENTER THE CONTEST

9. Fill out the on-line entry form and submit it via email. All entries must include your name, email address, 10-digit telephone number and birthday. Only email entries are qualified.
10. All participants in the Contest automatically agree to accept and abide by the Contest rules. All decisions of the Contest, including without limitation the eligibility of entries, are final and binding on all entrants in all matters relating to the Contest.
11. The Contest is subject to the laws of Ontario as may be applicable.

PRIZE WINNERS

12. The winner must provide proof of identification with a valid driver’s license, birth certificate or passport.
13. The winner must accept the Prize as offered and releases the Spa from any and all liability of any kind arising from the winner’s participation in the Contest and receipt and use of the Prize.
